Enhanced District-Based Markup Management
Rather than managing markups at a broad contract level, you can now set specific rates for each district in your program, with the ability to further customize rates for individual shift-based positions when needed.
Network For Worker Mobile App
A mobile app for internal and temp talent to use for accepting shifts, checking in/out, message onsite managers, etc.
Automated Cancellation Policy
System administrators can now set up standardized rules that automatically calculate contracted cancellation fees when changes are made to assigned temporary workers' shifts. Whether a shift is cancelled, a temporary worker needs to be replaced, or shift counts need to be adjusted, the system automatically calculates appropriate fees based on scheduled hours and rates, shows clear previews of charges before changes are confirmed, and seamlessly includes these fees in vendor invoicing.
Request Specific Agency Worker
Unlike traditional methods of relying on manual notes or text fields, we've introduced intelligent worker selection that proactively surfaces your highest-performing temporary workers. Through structured automation, hiring managers can easily identify and specifically request previous top performers through a structured dropdown interface. This helps maintain consistency in temporary staffing while giving managers the flexibility to expand their talent pool if preferred workers are unavailable.

AI-powered assistance handles common support queries from admins, hiring managers, workers and suppliers automatically. This reduces response times and provides consistent support coverage for basic inquiries.

Gig Self-Service Portal for Workers
Provides contingent workers with transparent information about shift availability and matching, along with actionable suggestions to increase their work opportunities. Workers can manage their preferences and understand assignment eligibility directly in the platform.

Bulk Shift Upload
